We know that sometimes, even with the best intentions, an item might not be the perfect fit. Our goal is to make sure your experience with us is always positive, and we're here to help make things right.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on pet apparel that has been worn or tried on, particularly if there is any possibility of contamination or health-related issues.
  • Customised or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange once it is been made unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

How to start refund or exchange

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at info@houndco.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • We will then guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Once we review and confirm the reason, please return the product to the designated warehouse. After it has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
